Umm, umm good......

YUMMY!! I love peanut butter!! It's my favorite snack. I like it when Dad gives me my toy filled with that tasty treat. Mom thought it would be funny to put some peanut butter on the end of my nose and watch me lick it all off. I guess she gets a kick out of watching me make silly faces like this one! She did it over and over and over again, saying she had to get just the right picture for my Blog. Well the trick was on her! The longer it took her to get just the right photo, the more peanut butter I got to eat! Now who's silly??

A New Home for Zoey

WOW!! Look at this new house Mom and Dad got for me this week! Isn't it cool? It's nice and big and it has a soft new blanket for me to lay on to stay warm this winter. Mom and Dad said that now that it was so cold outside, I needed a house for inside the house. One that I can stay in when Mom and Dad are gone. I still don't like them leaving me home all by myself, but this new house sure beats staying out in the cold all by myself!! I think it's kind of cool. It's like my very own private den that I can hide away in when I want to be alone, or if I'm in the mood for some good ol' bone chewing! You're all welcome to stop on by my new place anytime! See you soon!

My trip to the Vet

I might have gotten a little bit too excited when I was playing in the leaves last weekend. Sure, I had lots of fun digging and tunneling around the back yard, but on Monday, I woke up and my left eye was really hurting me. I followed Dad around as he got ready for work like I always do, but it was hard to see him. I kept blinking and my eye was red. Dad soon realized I wasn't trying to be funny winking at him! He took me to Mommy and asked her to look at my eye to see if she could find anything wrong. Mom looked but said she couldn't see anything, but my eye was really red and I was winking at her, too! Mom made me a vet appointment and we were off!!!

I love the vet! So many sniffs to sniff and lots of other animals to say "Hi" to. This time there weren't that many friends there, just one little cat who wasn't in the mood for fun. She was getting her stitches out. I remember THAT. OUCH!!! I got lots of attention from the nice girls that work at the vet's, though. They seem to love me. But, hey! Who can blame them? I'm cute!!
I went in to see the vet and he put this green stuff in my eye. It glows in the dark when you shine light on it! Hehehe.... It got all over my fur, so I was green for a day. The vet said I had a tiny scratch on my eye, but that it would heal right up with the drops he gave Mom.

I got my treat from the nice lady at the front desk and it was time to say good-bye. I made my rounds to all the girls and then me and Mom drove home.

I don't like to hold still for the drops, but they DO make my eye feel better. How many more times to I have to have my drops, Mom???

Heat + Zoey = aaaah

I don't know why everyone hates the cold. I love it!! When the weather starts turning cold, mom and dad flip a switch and a magical thing starts to happen. Warm air starts blowing out all over the floor. I find my favorite spot, right next to this hole in the wall and I lay down for as long as the air is turned on.

Leaf time fun

Today we decided it was time to rake up the leaves. Every year our tree in the back yard loses all of its leaves and as an added bonus the neighbor gives us half of his. We always end up with a huge pile in the back yard. While mommy and daddy rake up the leaves, I spend my time tunneling and jumping through them. Sometimes I end up creating more of a mess, but it sure is fun. This year I decided to drag my blanket out for a romp. I would say my blanket had as much fun as I did. Check out some more of my fall pictures.
